Came in for a Hercules impact driver bit set and 12v battery. They showed they had the bit set, but it wasn’t on the shelf. The girls up front were very helpful. One went to the back to check, the other had me check another section. The girl that went out back did end up finding it. Gave a 3 cause this one dude showed up and first tried to sell me a security bit set, which isn’t even the same thing. Then told me the driver bit set was discontinued, which it isn’t. So not only does dude work there and not know his tools (didn’t even bother asking me what I needed the set for) but he also lied.

Employees were so friendly and helpful. Got a big tool chest for 200. A great deal. They always have sales going on

Long lines. Mean while staff stocking the aisles are complaining about how “the new guy is taking too long of bathroom break.” Maybe instead of complaining they should be up front checking out customers.

Poor customer Service. I needed to use the Bathroom, found door locked. Walked to front of store and paid for my items and ask what the code was, I was told to walk to the back and an associate would open the door. I understand why. I waited a reasonable of time and no one came. I walked back to the front and picked up my purchases and the clerk ask me if I was able to use the Bathroom I told her no one showed up to open the door. She apologized Simple Solution: Give the code number to paying customers and change the code number daily.

Large Harbor Freight Tools is exceptionally well stocked and is organized in a clean and thoughtful manner! Just off the nearby Highway 95 and Rainbow! Freindly and professtional staff are ready to assist at beck and call! Worthy place for just about any tool or projects you deem necessary ! Was pleasantly surprised at the world of tools available for personal or business oriented projects! NH
