Ethan and Josh saved the day ! I needed two more drop cloths to paint my car cause two wasn't enough and they were so nice to find me the last two in the back I really appreciate it josh and Ethan were absolutely amazing i couldn't have finished my project without them they definitely have the best price on drop cloths In town what a win they were both super polite super nice 10/10 service

The store is clean and well matained unfortunately I can't say the same for the staff. Very rude including the managers, they refused to honor a email offer I received and ended up spending about $70 more than expected., I would recommend another location or make sure all your ducks and coupons are valid.

Bought a trailer at the East Sunset location and the manager completed the registration paperwork incorrectly, signing it as “store manager” instead of using her actual name. The DMV rejected the form because of it. I had to go to another location to get the paperwork fixed, and even though they corrected it, I still had to book a new DMV appointment that’s over a month out. Huge waste of time and completely avoidable if the paperwork had been done properly the first time. Very frustrating experience.

Its been a while since I was in harbor freight until recently and I was surprised they really stepped up , better products and better displays
