Tools are cheap but for a reason. 3 times I've come and tried to warranty my tools, 3 times they've found an excuse to deny it. 1/2 split beam torque wrench was extremely out of calibration when I got it (bench tested it at my shop), still adjusted for it and used it for about a month until the mechanism broke and wouldnt click anymore. Tried to warranty it, they denied it because there was no visible damage (all they did was spin the ratchet by hand). 2nd time was for a claw filter remover, it had skipped gears and was not able to be reassembled. They claimed they don't cover warranties on tools that were used wrong (it was not, but okay lol.) Last time was just today on a 21mm impact socket that grenaded in my face (see photo). Same reason as the last one. Said it was not meant to be used on a 1/2in impact. Why is it advertised as such then? Absolutely ridiculous. Real mechanics beware, if you use your tools from here daily they will break within 1-2 months.

I give Harbor Freight 5 stars because it has a great selection, good stock and the prices are good comparatively. As a retired contractor of 40 years I would only buy top-notch and top dollar tools because my men were hard on them. Tools at Harbor Freight suit me just fine and will last because it's only me now using them. "a tool has got to know it's limitations"

They play games with prices trying to cheat you at this location. Price at the register did not match up with the price on the rack where the items were hanging. The cheap skates try to nickel and dime you. I don't have time to play those games Other Harbor Freight stores are managed much better in Vegas like Craig Road and Rainbow. I won't be returning to this one even though it's conveniently located near other stores I shop at regularly.

Not as big as the other major hardware stores, but it has many of the important tools at a great price. They don't really specialize in the big brand names, hence the cheaper prices, but they do the job, and if your don't care for brand names, then this place should do well for you. For a smaller store, I do like finding the random tools and accessories you may not find in a big store, but are just as important to have.

This was my first time shopping at Harbor Freight on Centennial Parkway in Las Vegas. It will be my lastly! First they don't comply with ADA regulations, providing no electronic carts as do both Home Depot and Lowes. I needed helped on picking out a hand drill, router and vice. • First to find someone to help was as bad as Lowes. • The first person to help me, with drills, could not tell me the difference between two of the same brand. She had to call for help... still couldn't explain why and could not explain the difference between the battery options other than 1 amp 5 amp 10 amp 20 amp. What does that mean? She couldn't say. • Needed help with routerd i was looking at. So she passed me off to Brandon. He helped me for a couple of minutes then said he had to help someone else. As I keep standing there waiting and waiting, I looked for a place to sit as I use a walker, and by now my legs were getting very tired. I called the store waiting to speak to the manager. No answer... surprise! Finally Marychris (sp)came to help me. She said Brandon went on lunch break. WHAT! Right in the middle of helping someone. I learned she was the manager on duty. Friday 4pm October 11th. I explained the project I needed it for but she had trouble answering any questions. THE ON STAFF MANAGER DURING THEIR PARKING LOT SALE COULD NOT ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONSABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Finally, with a half full basket and more things I needed, I told her to keep everything I have had enough and told her I'll just shop at Home Depot... BEWARE OF HABOR FREIGHT!
