So this one comes down to the fact an employee was trying to fight me over a flat bed cart my purchased product was on. Said it was against the rules to pull one of their carts not even 50 feet into the front of the parking lot where I was parked in a handicap parking spot to load my car. I told him no big deal you can just stand here and watch me and ill bring this joker right back to you. We'll he continued to be hell bent over a cart displeasing me as a customer so much that I will never shop W broad again. Yes you heard me righ over a flat bed cart to carry my product to the car. If I could give 0 stars I would because I dont understand what happened to customer service......an employee arguing with a customer over a flat bed cart rule will cause me to never shop with yall again. Sad world we live in where the guy actually thought he was providing me great customer service being the flat bed cart police telling me im not refusing to help you just cant use the cart its already on and even after telling him id bring it back up and into the store and he could watch me do it so i dont steal his cart.......crazy world cart heros out here beware!

Only place I can get a certain size buffer pads. Staff are wonderful here as well. My father used to take me to this exact store.

Over the last 20 some odd years Harbor Freight has gotten better and better especially where the quality of their tools are concerned but they are still mid level quality which is way better than they were even just 5 years ago but their prices match higher level companies...

I wait for sales events to pick up regularly used items, but always find something else I need. Also, asked about truck tailgate steps and they showed me where to look. That is a very useful addition.
