Terrible experience. I purchased a diagnostic tool for around $1000 after specifically asking the staff if it would work with my vehicle. I was clearly told that it would work without any issues. I didn’t even leave the parking lot. I stepped outside, connected the tool to my vehicle, and within about 10 minutes it was obvious that it does NOT perform the required functions and cannot access the necessary systems. I immediately went back inside to return it in like-new condition, with all packaging. A manager was called, and instead of resolving the issue, he firmly refused a full refund and insisted on a 20% restocking fee. No real explanation was provided. When I asked for written confirmation of this refusal, they refused to provide anything and simply told me to “call corporate” and deal with it myself. So basically: They tell you the product will work → it doesn’t You test it immediately and return it → they refuse full refund Manager refuses to help → sends you somewhere else No documentation, no accountability This is unacceptable for a $1000 purchase. Very misleading information before the sale and zero responsibility after. Be extremely careful buying technical equipment here — once you pay, you’re on your own.

Harbor Freight, where tools are easily exchangable and are inexpensive enough to replace if broken. Great tool store. Has to be one of my top 5 stores to shop at.

Harbor Freight in no longer what it used to be a decade ago and now are a solid competitor to any major and known tool store. Particularly this store has undergone some great overall improvements over the last 5 years making this review worth it. Product selection and quality keeps increasing and improving. The store is clean, neatly organized and well-lit so it doesn't look like a dungeon. The staff is always friendly and you can tell the managers care.

I recently purchased a workbench that ended up missing a few critical pieces. I called the store to see how to handle it, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. They gave me a few clear options and made it easy for me to just come in and pick up the missing components. Really appreciated the smooth customer service and quick resolution!

This location has been there for many years. The store is not as large as others, but they still have everything you are looking for. They had plenty of stock. They have coupons that come out monthly and some periodically. The tools for the price are really good. I know some of their tools have a lifetime guarantee (not sure which ones). The parking lot is large and has dedicated handicapped spots.
