they are always helpful whem I need to swap a tool for another (something that has a lifetime warranty). they are kind and are always eager to help you find what you are looking for. their tool prices are great.

I was on a mission to inspect future purchases and to take home a palm sander. The one I selected has a dust bag and is quieter than the craftsman one it's replacing. I got it home and tried it out and it's a winner. However there was a bit of unsureness about what sand paper it uses. I purchased a pack that the clerk recommended. Well it didn't have the holes in them like the sample pack included with the Sander did. I will exchange the purchased pack on my next visit. I checked out what I needed to and will make a larger purchase when I secure a truck to haul everything home. Harbor freight has been upgrading their quality of tools in recent years and I am no longer embarrassed to tell people that I shop their. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

As long as you know what you're getting into, harbor freight is a great store. You can get a ton of different tools from pretty much any project, and it's a fantastic place to start of you don't have any tools or have a project that requires something specialized that you don't want to spend a ton of money on. The quality is absolutely fine for 90% of what you're going to do and you won't spend a huge amount of money. If you need to buy a $500 tool to complete something, get it at harbor freight if you think you won't be using it much more and you'll probably only spend $150. If you need a tool to use every single day for a long time, do your research and decide if you want to spend more up front or buy it a few times at harbor freight.

Harbor Freight was great however they didn't have all the auto parts we needed. So we had to make another trip elsewhere. The work associates were nice for the most part.

Can't thank the staff enough on 14 March. With wide spread powert outages for Blacklick and Gahanna, they superbly aided a wave of customers who came to buy needed equipment to assist their families. Professional and customer oriented. God bless!!!
