The manager Bryan is very rude and walked away completely ignoring me after I watched him abuse his employee! I had patiently waited to ask him a question about an item I had already been told they sell over the phone. So, I followed him to ask him my question and he literally refused to help me! To make matters worse he revealed himself as a racist calling me white trash as I left the store. Wow! I don't know why you would hire someone like that to work at your store.

Don't buy an engine here. They admit they don't know which model is in the box. You have to buy it, open it and keep exchanging it until you get lucky and get the model you want. "We have no way of knowing what model is in the box".... open the box and check!!! Great business model 👏 👌

Brittney has GOT to go!! loosing customers daily. Never have received a worse example of customer service. will be taking me and my family’s business down the street to northern tools. Save yourself a trip, and stay away at all costs. She’s about one remark away from HR. Rude to ME and my CHILDREN. Why would you choose someone who doesn’t like people to help other people.

I love this store! Lots of tools, and a great prices. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
