It's Harbor Freight, what can you say, really! It's a good place to get the tools you need and some other stuff as well at an ok price and quality! The reason I didn't give it more stars was because some of the people who were working on the floor were... let's say... not their happy selves. I was standing looking at some stuff and one of those employees was putting stuff on a shelf and they just kept walking in front of me plus I would have to move a little for them to push their way by. When a customer is looking at some product, you either go around another way, you wait or you do something else until they're done! I was also walking around at one point looking for something and not one employee, on the floor, asked me if I needed help finding something. Sure, I could have asked one them but I wanted to see if they would ask. Plus, with the not so happy mood they seemed to be in, I really didn't feel like approaching them. I bought a product that was heavy, an employee had to go to the back to get it and carried it to the front. I waved at them to follow me, I know they saw me, and headed to my vehicle. When I turned to look back to make sure they were following me, there was no one there. I put the other stuff I had in my vehicle and went back in the store. The product I purchased was sitting in a buggy right by the door, which by the way.... anyone could have pushed it right out the door because no one was watching it. Being a noticeablely disabled female I was sure the heavy product would have been brought to my vehicle for me, but no! I could have asked for some help, which I shouldn't have had to do, then waited for how ever long for that help. I was in a hurry so I just did it myself and unfortunately twinged my back and one of my shoulders doing it! The store is good, the cashier was good but the rest of the employees definitely lacks a lot to be desired!!!

Another Great Experience! I’ve been coming here for a while now, and Harbor Freight never disappoints. I get almost all of my tools here because the quality-to-price ratio is unbeatable. Whether I’m looking for something heavy-duty or just a few specialty hand tools, I always find exactly what I need at a fair price. ​The staff at this location is also top-notch—always friendly and ready to help me find a specific item or answer a question. It’s easily my go-to spot for keeping the workshop ready for any project. Highly recommended!

Pros: Good selection. Clean. Organized. Well lit. Large foot print and easy to navigate aisles. Cons: Management loudly and openly profiles legitimate customers as shoplifters the moment they hit the turnstile. It's difficult to browse and enjoy the shopping experience when you hear with your own ears you are not welcome in the store and see with your own eyes the employee he ordered to follow you around kneeling one step beside you. I encourage you to do what I did: tell the poor employee you are not a shoplifter, try to strike a pleasant conversation, then get the heck up out of there and try to never return...or maybe return if they ever get better management. Back to the JV (Jones Road and 290) location I go where I am always treated with kindness and respect.

I visited this location on Monday afternoon to return unused items after completing my project. During the return process, the store manager sent the staff home and took over the transaction without fully understanding the details from the employee assisting me. As a result, he initially missed refunding one of my items. What was most disappointing was that the manager did not acknowledge or apologize for this oversight. Additionally, he informed me that the register had run out of cash and asked me to return another day. Fortunately, I asked about a credit card refund option, which he was then able to process. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. It is one of the worst customer service interactions I have encountered. I plan to cancel my Inside Track membership and will not return until Harbor Freight addresses the issues with their management and staff.

Very poor customer service at this location. I would advise you to purchase somewhere else. These employees are to assist the customer with their questions and if they don’t know the answer then say so or get a manager. I purchased a pressure washer of $1100 in value the cashier: Joanna was rude, just No regard whatsoever. Made my purchase unpleasant. Thanks
