Stopped here today for some help with a stripped screw. ALL of the people who work here are miserable and have no regard at all for customers. I asked one girl a simple question regarding a stripped screw extractor. She told me to Google it and ran away. The woman at the register got BIG MAD that I didn’t politely declined giving my phone number to their system. Threatened me that I wouldn’t be able to return my item without a phone number, and when I said, “wow, seems like you all might have a toxic work environment, the way you all treat and speak to your customers,” she rolled her eyes, and yelled in my face “THANK YOU!” Then told me she hopes I have a better day on the way out the door. Mind you, I came in cheerful and smiling, and didn’t change my energy at all, despite the disgusting treatment by each of the employees I encountered. I generally do not write reviews, but this was so out of hand, and literally out of nowhere, that I had to do post this immediately. I will never becoming back here again. BEWARE - it’s not a local hardware store with helpful employees.

I went into harbor freight to purchase a voltmeter for my e-scooter project. The staff was diligent, the store was somewhat clean and the merchandise on the shelves were organized and full. The price I paid for the voltmeter was $7 which is about the average price for similar or like items from other companies. I only waited about 5 minutes in line until I processed out. At the time of this product review and location I give it a total rating of 3 out of 5 stars. ***

Me and my friend stopped in today and we were shopping for power tools. While we were looking, we started being profiled by the security guard. He was very disrespectful and obnoxious to us and kicked us out for no reason I would love to have staff follow up with me about this incident. Harbor freight lost two Respectful customers today.

Yay Harbor Freight! Super reliable, great prices for everything, and power tools that used to be flimsy are now pretty good and getting better and better.

Harbor freight is usually my go to place for everything tool related. Great tool selection like most of the stores in so cal, but the staff here is not very accommodating. All the employees seem like you are bothering them anytime you have to interact with them.
