Store itself is amazing but staff here needs some attention from higher management , maybe even store manager needs some attention from corporate. Wasted my time here by just posting wrong discounts on items . No customer care or good service at all Hopefully this review will make something to change until next visit so the review itself can be reviewed and revised

I stopped by this Harbot Freight this morning to get some heavy duty gloves. I know that this store doesn't have much parking and also in a busy street so I came right in the morning when they open. I found parking easily and they already had other customers there as well. When I walked inside, the man working the cashier greeted me and I found the gloves I wanted right at the front. I still took the time to walk around the store to see what they had. I stumbled upon the car detailing area and they had some good products here. I then saw some more gloves and switch out to a smaller size of the same ones I got from the front. I had a good time here and had no issues.

Great selection of mostly discounted tools for mechanics and tool junkies. You can save money here, but you have to be careful. Use your brain and your common sense. They do sell some quality tools here that rival the big well-known brand names, but they also have a lot of junk that'll break the first time you look at it. I've invested in their highest quality brand of 80 volt cordless lawn and garden tools, Atlas. The batteries are the most expensive part of getting into the program, and the first one I bought barely lasted a year and suddenly wouldn't charge. 90-day warranty only. Caveat emptor.

I was not aware that Harbor Freight had any local "Brick-n-Mortar" retail stores in my area until today, and I have physically passed by this store probably more than a thousand times over the 37 years that I have lived in or nearby Van Nuys, CA. 🤔 I found exactly the tools I was looking for at the price I expected. At Store #00572 7635 Sepulveda Blvd Van Nuys CA 91405, Checkout was quick and easy, and the young lady cashier "Keyri" was very helpful, polite, cheerful, knowledgeable, professional and efficient! (And very pretty as well 😘).

Inexpensive, high quality tools. Not too busy most of the time. Parking lot not too clean, but other than that, great store!
