The Holidays are upon us and Rodney Allen Rippy the event producer for the 2026 S.T.R.E.A.M EXPO just stopped into Harbor Freight Tools in Pasadena, CA located at 3660 E. Foothill Blvd. Pasadena, CA 91107. They have great service and helpful staff like the supervisor name Brandon. Ask for him, he will take good care of you. I was at the gas station and witnessed your management staff rudely telling a homeless couple with dogs to leave and never come back. "If you do we will call the cops on you." I have never seen them be like that before. Those 2 people were not bothering anyone. They never tell people that before. I will definitely NEVER shop here again. Taking my business to another company. Just rude and mean.

Great place to go if you need that last minute tool or hardware accessory. They regularly have coupons every so often for most of their products in stock, so it's best to wait for a deal when you see it. Plenty of parking for the most part, but the store location is at a very busy intersection so you can only really enter from one or two entrance ramps. The employees here are pretty helpful, too.

I went in at 7:40 Wednesday January 14th 2026 to make a purchase. Jose and the Manager, I think the managers name was Christian. The manager was a medium build. I am a subscribed member that pays a yearly fee and they did not let me make the purchase. Told me they have a lot of loyal customers and were horrible people. Terrible customer service. Very hostile shopping experience. This needs to be addressed.
