It’s always so sad to see businesses miss an opportunity when it comes to marketing. Harbor freight is losing money by the minute and needs every and any marketing strategy to pull themselves out of bankruptcy before it’s too late. For reference, today there was an event outside of the cvs next to this store. Hundreds of people walking by and instead of making themselves known, the staff at harbor freight were hostile and turned people away. Putting a smile on their faces and/or a table outside of the store with flyers, coupons, something to attract people inside the store would have been so beneficial to this dying store. I was one of the people attending the event, and because I needed to buy some stuff for my patio, I decided to stop by at the store and use the restroom while I was there. But a bitter employee said I could not use it and that the restroom was not available. I told her I was a customer but she did not care. Someone was in the restroom before me so I was waiting in line. Although I understand they probably are getting more traction because of the cvs event and many people are coming in to use the restroom, I think this was a perfect opportunity to take advantage of the situation and make more money as a business. Obviously, because I was treated in a hostile way and I could not even use the restroom, I ended up not buying anything. Thankfully they have lots of buckets laying everywhere around the store, and I wouldn’t be surprised if someone relieved themselves in one of the buckets. Or so I might have heard. Anyways, I’m not sure if the lady denying entrance to the restroom was a manager or just the woman in charge of cleaning the bathrooms but she needs some coaching in customer service. But I get it, I’d be bitter too if I had to do what she does for a living. I didn’t catch her name but she has reddish hair and is on the chubby side. I have a picture of her and I’m happy to send it privately if needed.

They always have sales on the weekends... Your in and out right away. I've seen this is a hard worker every time I visit this place..... He's very polite and helpful every time I have a question.... I think his name is Luis B.
