Great parking, convenient, competitive prices and friendly, professional services. Like other hardware centers they specialize in their key (well respected) brands. Staff is there stocking and answers all your questions.

I have been a huge fan of Harbor freight as a company for a very long time. The quality of the tools continues to improve while the prices remain very reasonable. This particular store is very similar to most other so cal locations. It offers a wide variety of Tools and other Chinese made goodies. Unfortunately, most of the California locations that I have been to all seem to employ people with very poor customer service. At this location it feels like the employees are jaded. At first I thought that maybe they were just having a bad day, but nope. I have been here dozens of times and they still seem very cold and dismissive

Very disappointed with this company’s return policy. I purchased a tool cart for $800 and opened the box right outside the store to assemble it and make sure it would work for my needs. Within 10 minutes, I realized the cart was too small and immediately returned it. Even though the item was basically new and only assembled for a size check, they charged me a 20% restocking fee, claiming the wheels looked dirty because it was assembled on the ground. As a result, I lost almost $100 in just a few minutes. This policy feels unfair and not customer-friendly at all. Be very careful — simply checking a product can cost you a significant amount of money.

Really good tools at reasonable pricing! From hobby to advanced. Deffinitely had everything i needed for my car!

Gotta a reciprocal saw on sale... It works pretty good. Also bought a fly swatter and next time going back to get some smaller solar panals. The machines weren't working right and the credit card machine wasn't taking credit cards and it took over 20 minutes just to pay last time.
