called support and said i had bought something last week didnt know it was on sale this week. they said i could return it outright and as long as it was in stock i could get it on sale just cant buy the same one i had so if its out of stock im out of luck. drove 40 minutes to get here to be told since i returned sethim om sale i cant get anything. they gave me the "i dont know who you talked to...." so i did chat support and they said thats wrong, even sent the tsa where it says no price adjustment and whats defined. guess thats about $4k of purchases from past 90 days from personal and business account going back to harbor freight asap. a brand i wanted to believe in, but kind of over having to pretend they care about customers. they say this is to stop people from buying everything up before the sale, which id understand if the employees werent doin just that. almost every one n LA had low stock on wrenches for that sale cus they let people take the "take one" tickets, and a number of stores let employees buy up stock. i literally bought 2 of every other deadblow in during the sale that started yesterday plus 1 more of what i returned. like $500 on sale between my 2 accounts and theyre going to press me when none of the on sale items are even close to selling out, the stores empty, and now 2 service reps have confirmed thats perfectly fine. shame, guess im a dewalt guy again. weird to think ive never had this problem with lowes or home depot, and its not like im trying to do it with thousands of dollars of items, or even hundreds. but i will be returning thousands. just another waste of my time, but at least i wont have to worry about that anymore when im rid of all these cheap clones.

Beautiful store, very clean, fully stocked! Gotta enjoy it before the low life thieves start taking stock items. God bless!

Super easy to get in with plenty of parking. Also this particular shopping center has other places, like the grocery, Subway, and can't remember all the names, but it's worth coming here.
