Found everything I needed even had a worker help me find all my items. 1st time there buying "starter" tools but will definitely go back to get my tools because they do come in handy especially for school.

I came to this Harbor Freight location looking for an item over the past few days, but it wasn’t on the shelves. When I asked about inventory, I was told there were 10 in stock. The cashier checked with staff over the radio and was told the system showed 10 in stock and if someone would verify it. I waited about 30 minutes, but no one followed up or assisted me further. Doesn't make sense how no one tends to stock up every single item in the store during non-op hours and expect for satisfaction for customers . I highly recommend another hardware store if you become victim to this.

I return a socket set that I bought earlier in the day, when I got home, there were 2 missing pieces. I went to return and they charge me a $20 restocking fee. I explain to the manager that there were missing pieces. He didn’t care. I won’t be coming back to Harbor Freight anymore.

Never had an issue with Harbor Freight theyve always had what I've needed. My complaint is with their shopping carts and customer service. I hadn't noticed it until my daughter fell backwards while in the child seat in the cart while we were roaming around the store that the carts are sooo cheaply made. And what did the employee say or do, NOTHING. Other customers coming in helped me while the employees acted like they didn't hear or see us. We were in front of the entrance by the registers.

Go to place the only thing long line only 2 cashiers hopefully the store can put more for better customer service to get customers out quickly thank you to the workers they are welcoming
