Manager needs customer service training. After acknowledging over charging me and the error in the receipt, she made me wait while pretending to look up more details. Tells me that I actually owed more money. Not even an apology.

Great Price for a truck reader. The item was tagged clearence but didn't have a clearence price. The guy marked it down 20% I would have liked 38% off but it will pay for itself the first time I use it. The only thing is when you buy the truck code reader it is not activated until you call the number and give them your email. I had to download and update the device before I could use it

Found everything I needed plus some for DIY auto repair. Excellent products at reasonable fair prices. Staff was very professional courteous and helpful.

Terrible experience. Went here yesterday to buy a 2 ton jack, and added the one year warranty. During checkout, there was a big sign on the cash register advertising a free gift with any purchase over $10. When I asked for the gift, the cashier (young-ish, long brown hair) was extremely rude and condescending. " You need the coupon on your phone," she said, then snidely remarked "Do you have a phone??." I don't understand where this attitude came from, especially when I'm spending almost $200. Who argues with a customer over a free gift, especially when they're standing right in front of a sign advertising it? The sign said nothing about needing a coupon or anything. She said it was too late because I had already paid; it was a pack of zip ties, any customer service worker worth their salt would've just given it to me. The cherry on top: when I got home, the jack was defective. Went to another location to exchange it so I wouldn't have to deal with the rude cashier. Long story short, this harbor freight is small and has rude staff, the Carson Pavillion location is much better.
