Apparently the arrows pointing up wasn't a good enough clue for the clowns they had load my car. Then they refused to unload it and put it in properly, never going back to this location. AWFUL EMPLOYEES

Great employee and Quik service. Prices have risen but that’s everywhere. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

Tried to exchange patio lights due to not working, at all. The lights for the exchange did not work either. Tried while in store. Would not refund and did not offer a store credit. Will not be back.

Came in today to check out what their policy was on price matching for purchased full priced items that have gone on sale. I asked in a very friendly manner, completely understanding if they didn’t allow it. The gentleman, who I assume was a manager, said he would deny any attempts to return the item I bought at full price. This was completely fine, but the way he responded to me was extremely abrasive, saying I would be “gaming the system” in a demeaning tone as if I was just caught trying to steal from them. I do not appreciate being spoken to in that manner, especially since I am a regular customer of harbor freight. I would not recommend shopping at this location due to the attitude management has towards its customers.

Amy and Morgan helped me out when I showed up last minute at closing time, appreciate this locations willingness to help and having the tools I need last minute.
