Whats everyones problem? This is one of my favorite Harbor Freights in the Metro area. I love the staff. They might not have what I need but at least it gives me an excuse to go to another Harbor Freight haha. I read some of the comments in these reviews, and it's ridiculous. Y'all are grown men. It's not their responsibility to help you control your bladder. Maybe go potty before you leave the house. Or maybe stop drinking water. Even so, there's a brand new gas station right outside. It might be a 2 minute inconvenience for you but it's a lifetime of inconvenience for them when WE, THE CUSTOMERS destroy the restroom. Grow up. I love this location! Restrooms are a simple but very important courtesy businesses provide their customers. While I was shopping at Harbor Freight near my home (Westminster, Colorado #00171), I asked to use the marked restrooms in the rear of the store. The store manager, Zulema, quickly responded that the store restrooms are not for public use. Hmmm….I figured that being a Harbor Freight member might allow me the courtesy of the restroom. I had to cut my shopping short although I still purchased an item for $275 dollars. This poor service is exactly what encourages customers to shop online instead of visiting another Harbor Freight store.

Wonderful experience. Very attentive and down to earth. The manager is very awesome specifically. I saw him assist someone outside who had two missing mirrors. I watched him help fix it.

Shoutout to Garry the store manager! If he is ever in while you visit he will get you squared away perfectly! Best employee I’ve came across in a nice while. Harbor freight higher ups give this man more money!!!

Have waited 2 days since the shipment with the item to arrived to the store for them to put it on the shelf, yet they claim they haven’t gotten to it and the sale is about over and I can’t be the only one with this issue. Incompetence on a large scale tons of blank space all over shelves, nobody restocking for 2+ days is pathetic especially through promotions I pay to be a member to receive. Called everyday phone rings endlessly no answer, everyone makes more excuses nothing gets done.
