I was able to pick up some inexpensive tools to replace my wife's driver side regulator and motor on her Navigator. The selection is great but the tools our of mediocre quality. Their customer service is well.

Great store for bargain tools. Many of which are just as good as the more expensive name brand items. Just visited to order an air compressor and the customer service was on point!

Sell jack hammer with no attachments. Once we got a spade and sharp point, the hammer barely penetrated dirt. The worst cs ever. You ask for help and the supposed manager points towards the product. And says if it not there we don't have any. Thanks for allowing the customer to lose with dignity! PS they just don't give a shiz.
