Is Highlands Ranch HF possibly the worst HF store, ever? The times I have been in they are out of at least 1/2 of this things on my list. At the check out I'm told "call ahead and we'll check in stock." So I do. "We don't have time to check if these are in stock here. Just come by." Not to mention rude (on the phone and in person) and it's kind of a dirty store. I recommend driving farther to another location.

Very grateful to have worked with several individuals here who helped make my experience great! I recently came in just before closing the other night and Duane and Cristian were PHENOMENAL at assisting me with a last minute order! Their kindness, honesty, and clarity on tools and guidance helped me and I highly recommend this location for that! Furthermore, shoutout to Cheri on how she has directed and led this store so well and for Chuck helping me process a refund for a purchase! This team is the most knowledgeable and supportive one I've seen here thus far 🙂. Thank you!

It was weird going in there today. The item I needed was there but it was in store purchase only so got in the car and drove to the store. The internet started that the item was on aisle 5 so thats simple, go down aisle 5 and look. It wasn’t there. So I went down aisle 6. There they were. Another thing I found odd is that while I was there I saw a least 6 workers there. Some talked to each other, others walked by, but none of them stopped to say, “can I help you?” I know a lot of people may get annoyed at it but I was always taught having good customer service is what will keep people coming back to your business. Honestly, I couldn’t gotten the same or better customer service if I were able to order it online instead of wasting time and gas to get there. The store was clean as far as I could see though.

I love Harbor Freight more than I probably should. But it is the first place to look or go when you have a DIY project and need a new tool. Be warned you may leave with more than you planned on but the prices are good so grab that magnet flashlight.

Just stopped in to buy a pair of work gloves for the cold day of deck building, and used the restroom while I was there. Very happy to find that they were not locked, and the employees were very friendly even though they had just opened minutes before. Also the gloves were very warm and comfortable.
