I love tools from china ohio. Honestly hard to spend money on tools elsewhere unless that tool is gonna flat pay you to own it. Harbor freight tools are like mopeds, they're awesome and fun till your friends catch you with em.

Store was well-lit, clean aisles and friendly, helpful staff. Prices are competitive with major box stores. The parking is good but not really suited for vehicles bigger than a F-350 pickup truck. Easy to navigate the store and products and their prices were visible easily. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is I didn't see a public bathroom.

Really nice place with lots of selections, went to get gloves for my partners work and even got some good suggestions about gloves and advice to keep him warm. I don't remember his name but thanks so much !!

The older gentleman (I think his name was Paul) at the cashier desk was very helpful and informative. He knew his stuff and I’m grateful for his help.

I applaud Paul's commitment to his job and doing what his employer asks of him. But when I say NO to the extended warranty please don't continue to harass me, mean mug me and get an attitude! And then mumble under your breath to I'm assuming was your manager that had the same nasty attitude. Not a good look for your company.
