Large variety of tools of in-house manufacture. Low prices for good quality tools, generally with lifetime warranties. Some useful yet super-inexpensive items, especially located near the front of the store.

Been shopping here for years as an ITC member. Purchased a Quinn torque screwdriver that went on sale 30% the next day and I came back in for a price adjustment. Price adjustment refused, saying the torque screwdriver was not 30% off, although I saw numerous online posts of people purchasing this 58950 30% off. Just left a bad taste in my mouth, being a customer and ITC member for years. Only 25$ savings at the end of the day, but as a long standing customer that has spent thousands of dollars at the store, I'd hope they could offer the deal when many other stores were. Disappointed.

Agree with other’s positive comments. Greg, Judy, and the team make this an exceptional shopping experience. Why spend 2x when you can get the same or even better quality at HFT.

Excellent prices. High quality. Good service. Highly recommend checking them out for tools or tool storage. They're better than bigger box stores and have a different selection than most other places. Prices were unbeatable.
