I’ve been to a lot of Harbor Freight stores, and the Castleton location is one of the better ones. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to get around, which makes finding what you need quick and painless. The staff has always been helpful and willing to point you in the right direction without hovering. You can tell they actually know the store and the products, which goes a long way. What I like most is the value—you can walk in and grab the tools you need for a project without feeling like you’re overspending. They’ve got a huge selection, and it’s a great spot whether you’re tackling a quick DIY job or picking up something for the garage. Overall, just a solid, reliable place to shop for tools. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Great customer service!!! Every question I had was answered. The lady that was helping me was very nice and knowledgeable. I purchased my first miter saw and I love it!!+

Harbor Freight always has good customer service but Jess is top notch. Everytime I go in there she's there and goes above and beyond to help and answer any questions I have. It's always a joy to see her and makes my trips to Harbor Freight even better.

Awesome store and service. All the products are well organized, clearly marked, similar products are located close to each other, and the staff strikes the right balance between being easily accessible within seconds without bothering you. Ideal for discount hardware store/garage products at great low prices that still retain a respectable level of quality.

I want to thank Kelly McCallister for excellent customer service and going above and beyond her normal role. I had a return and Kelly quickly completed the transaction with no questions asked.
