⭐ 1-Star Review: Poor Communication and Inaccurate Information on Order Status I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Harbor Freight location. I purchased a new toolbox and hutch during a promotion and was told over the phone that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was informed it wasn’t ready because they “hadn’t had a chance to scan it in yet.” I was told to return later that day, over the weekend, or first thing Monday morning. When I called Monday morning before coming back, I was told again that it wasn’t ready—then told something completely different: that the shipment never arrived in the first place. I was also advised to “wait for an email” that wouldn’t even be sent until it’s scanned in, leaving me with no way to verify what’s really going on. Every person I spoke with was a manager, yet I received contradictory information each time. It’s frustrating and unacceptable to be told multiple times that an order is ready when it clearly isn’t. This kind of miscommunication wastes customers’ time and damages trust. Harbor Freight needs to do much better in ensuring staff provide accurate, consistent information to their customers.

What can I say about Harbor freight except it's a place that I can personally go up-and-down the aisle twice and then back across again 2 more times. It's got so many things that You could use and you may only use some of them once or twice but you know when you look at them on the shelf there you've got to have it. Let me just say something about the folks that work there they are friendly helpful and most of them are pretty knowledgeable the cashiers are always pleasant. I mean how many stores could you go in and say I need an air hose repair kit plus the couplers to go with it and they can just walk you right over and say here you go, what size hose do you have. I mean I've always been able to find whatever I need at Harbor freight. Before you start telling me about the quality.... sometimes I think Harbor freight gets a bad rap because their prices are so low, but let's face it they probably are buying a lot of tools made by manufactorers with a varying degree of Quality, in fact their brands reflect that....they always have something a little cheaper but they also have something thats a little more money. My personal experiences arevthat I've always been very happy with any tools or supplies that I've purchased there...and I've purchased it all welding tools, welding machines, air compressors, pumps, air hoses, clamps, almost any type of glue and tape you could think of , lights, Saw blades, drill bits, gloves And much more. And again unlike the bigger Box stores these people are always available to help.

The workers are professional and very easy to ask questions to about where things are in the store. Great experience
