Man in front of store was very helpful and let us know about the coupon to scan it for better deal . Great customer service and helped us find the item we needed . Great attitude too.

I usually have a good experience but today was a very poor experience the day after black friday. I was checked out for my tool purchase by the young lady with all of the facial piercings—I don't know if she was depressed today but she had zero friendliness, angry face, and a very unwelcoming attitude.

I wasn't able to find what I needed but, they did give me some suggestions. Very helpful staff.

Have to be really careful what you get here. Very hit and miss (mostly miss) on quality. The staff at this location is helpful and friendly.

Went to the Parkville location looking for plumbers tape. Asked Kayla which aisle to go too. She said we don't have that here. I said I saw it on your website. She said it might be on one of the end caps, I just looked at her and asked, where is your plumber's aisle, she said we don't have plumbing tools here. 🙄. I started walking around looking for it. I could not find it even though the website told me to go to Aisle 9. I then walked around the store looking for help since I couldn't find it. I went and told Kayla that there was in fact a plumbing aisle in the store and that they did in fact have plumbing tools. I then asked for a manager. I could hear the manager Christopher telling her where to tell me to find the tape because he was busy. I told her that I am a customer. He came out and I was telling him about my experience with Kayla and she began to interrupt our conversation. She said, so you're talking about me. He just stood there. Mouth closed. She went on talking about how she helps everyone and I am the only one who complained. Ma'am you did not know your store sold plumber's tape. You did not know your store had a section with plumbing tools. You told me that it could be on one of the end caps but you did not know which one. She was still arguing back and I said keep talking and I am going to make another call and you won't like it. While this was happening Christopher the manager stood there mouth closed. The last thing I heard was go ahead it won't matter. He was still standing there with his mouth closed as I walked out the store. SMH.
