Horrible customer service! Manager is very rude and dismissive. When purchasing a water pump from this location we had concerns/questions about a product that didn't have a display to see(the only item without a display diabolical). After taking the product to the register and inquiring about being able to open the box to see the product which would answer the questions we had so that we can proceed to purchase. the woman at the register became rude with us and said" buy it first" oh and you can't return it here once you open the box. " diabolical" who would do that? She gets the manger to come out to speak with us and he was very rude and being passive-aggressive. We decided to purchase a model we thought could help as it was an emergency. However they will never get business from me again.

The store is clean and well organized. The quality of the tools is generally lower than the name brand stuff, but the prices are much better. It's a great option for DIY or consumer-level clients/projects.

The customer service is terrible—they offer no help, and when they do, they have a terrible attitude. If you’re Hispanic, forget about it; they treat you with disdain. They might as well just put up a sign saying they’re racist. It’s as if helping customers is a bother to them—as if the customer is somehow obligated to know where everything is located. Furthermore, the prices are poorly marked and completely unclear.

It's one of the best store in our area. I found absolutely everything for my work. High quality tools and materials, responsible and professional staff, great customer service! Thank you guys! 👍👍👍
