I want to give a huge shout-out to Amanda for going above and beyond during my visit. She was handling everything on the floor by herself, helping customers quickly and professionally, and keeping the store running smoothly — all while the manager stayed in the back and didn’t step in to help. Despite being on her own, Amanda stayed patient, friendly, and incredibly efficient. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back. Harbor Freight is lucky to have her. Thank you, Amanda, for your hard work and for watching out for customers even when you’re short-staffed. You made a stressful situation look easy. She definitely needs a raise.

My husband is very grateful for the exceptional service that Darrell Butler (Glen Burnie, MD) provided earlier this month. He truly went above and beyond while assisting him with the purchase of a Viking charger. Darrell was both patient and informative. Unfortunately we have encountered several issues at this harbor freight with items being out of stock repeatedly and them not wanting to do anything to help make it right. You have to buy an insight track membership for discounts. It is quite expensive. They are always out of stock. They never want to do anything about it. We go to other ones when we can and they are in stock with items and no problems but unfortunately this one is the closest and always difficult to deal with.

Love this place. For guys who know they just need basic stuff it's great. They got everything you really need for cheap price, I don't need to have the best drills cause that's not the line of work I'm in. People who feel like they must have a dewalt it's just a click just like people in high school who thought they had to wear Nike or whatever brand clothes. For the everyday man who's not doing anything extreme with tools their stuff does well.
