Good prices doesn't always have the best selection

I purchased a Warrior grinder. However I got home and realizes I already has one However it was missing a part. I called and spoke with Tom and he seemed to take it personally that I needed to return the one I brought. He was snappy and very rude. I honestly thought the staff was awesome in store but he changed my experience just that damn fast!

Nice people good organization of the product

I had been researching a ladder rack for my truck and my best choice was with Harbor freight. I had never been to this place before and oh man was I happy I did. I got my new ladder rack for half of what I expected to pay plus a 2 year warranty. They even loaded it up in my truck. Great Service, I was very impressed.
