The store manager saved five minutes of my life by bringing me right to the circular saw section. It was on the left. I almost always go to the right when I go shopping, so I would have walked through all the isles until I came upon the circular saws. It would have been a huge waste of time.

Buyer beware!!!! if you buy anything online and try to return it in the store they will charge you 20% restocking fee!!!

Great place to get affordable tools they have a real good selection of tools and equipment quality is good.

As a repair shop manager in the city, I'm here frequently. They're always under staffed which I sympathize with but it tends to leave customer service lacking in a big way. Don't expect much. The tools are what they are, you get what you pay for in life. The deals are usually solid. Just dont expect much personality on the other side of the counter.

Good tools at a great price! I visited 2 stores in MA last weekend both clean, organized and staff were super friendly and helpful.
