I don't know about other HF but this one in Norwood, MA was clean and organized. Walking into Harbor Freight is like stepping into a "Toys R Us" for adults, and it's a blast. The aisles are packed with every imaginable tool, gadget and piece of equipment you could ever need, whether you're working on a car or tackling a new garden project. You never know what you might walk out with if your not disciplined. Case in point; I went in for a self-adjusting oil filter wrench and ended up also picking up a 3-ton Pittsburgh low-profile hydraulic jack! (I mean to be fair I did have a coupon for $69 dollars off). The value for your money here is unbeatable, and for those who shop here frequently, the Inside Track Club membership is a no brainer. The savings have more than covered the annual fee. By the way that Holt self-adjusting oil filter wrench worked like a charm for a stubborn, seized oil filter on a rav4, with little effort might I add. What makes the experience better is the friendly staff at this location. All in all a great place for all your tools and other equipment needs.

Very nice gentleman very helpful very fast and efficient honestly he showed me where everything I needed was at. And explained their tool return policy on warrantied items then signed me up for my warranty info and electronic receipts rang up my items then handed me my receipt and my bagged items Tell me thank you and to have a wonderful day see you next time sir

Ok, it's HF. We all know what's in there, for some of us who are involved in big projects I probably know the aisles better than the employees... This one consistently gets a five star because the managers really set the right atmosphere. Always willing to help find something, order it, find it at another store, get it, apologize if it's not in stock. One recently even went out back to find a 'free gift' - when he could easily have just pointed to a different item and said 'thats all I got'.

I love this place. Half the time I come in for one thing and end up just wandering the aisles seeing what random trinket I’m going to bring home. It’s perfect for grabbing tools you don’t want to spend a fortune on for the first try, but lately they’ve also been stepping up with some legitimately great quality stuff too. Super dangerous for impulse buys, in the best way.

Stopped by today. Great store! Well kept, clean, and organized, with good customer service. Associate Faith is really helpful and super friendly🙂
