Stop working in less than 6 months went to get a replacement and was told i didn't buy a replacement plan and the 90 days pass. But why are we spending our money for products that doesn't last even 6 months im starting to hate this place they just selling a hole bunch of junks Bust if you go to home depot

One of the best Hardware stores for Hard workers... For any handyman " It's a must go to" good quality tools and very efficient if your running a small business trying to stay afloat.. but ALWAYS PAY THE EXTRA FOR THE WARRANTY.. YOULL BE WISE IN THIS CHOICE 💪🏽🕯️🫡💯👍🏽

Came in today to buy some tools for my car. Upon arriving after my 25 minute drive, they informed me that they will not be accepting any forms of payment other than cash (in 2026). They told me to walk to the hotel across from them in the January cold and use their atm (which charges you for the usage). The manager did not seem to care and wasn’t able to do anything about the wasted time spent in the cold as well as the atm charge which they forced on me. I bought a heavy duty Jack, weighing over 100 pounds and being labeled with a “team lift” sticker. All the feeble and lazy employees watched around as I carried it and did not offer any assistance loading or carrying the product to my car. Horrible service.

I don't come here often.Its a small store,but it seems to have everything here,and a great staff willing to guide you to the appropriate aisle.

I recently visited Harbor Freight Tools and was impressed by the store’s quiet, clean, and organized environment. Everything was easy to find, thanks to the clear layout and well-maintained shelves. The prices were very reasonable, offering good value for a wide range of tools and equipment. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I’ll definitely return for future needs.
