I would like to recognize Maria at the front register and Shawn the store manager who went above and beyond to help me find the ramp I was looking for at the time. They were really busy unloading the supply truck yet found time to make my experience a successful one. I'll recommend using Harbor Freight at route one Saugus to all my colleagues and friends. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I recently visited your store to return a set of wrenches that I purchased. The item was opened, but it was never used and remained in brand-new condition with all original pieces included. I was told that I could not return the item, which was confusing, as your return policy states that items can be returned within the allowed timeframe as long as they are in like-new condition. My item clearly met those requirements. I always shop at your store because of the value and customer service, so this experience was disappointing and not what I expected. I would appreciate it if this situation could be reviewed and resolved, either by allowing the return or providing a clear explanation of why it was denied despite meeting the stated policy.

My husband did some tool shopping today and Manager Shawn was very helpful and knowledgeable and made his shopping experience very easy.

Love the store, staff always tentative to address your needs. Wide range of unique items that you cand find at other hardware store.

I bought a pipe thread machine here, the first one couldn't handle a small job, I put insurance on the second machine and now we're going to the third machine. Wasting time looking for it because the stock is messy
