Poor customer service. They like to lie. I was told they bring generator to the first for me. Then tell me i have to go behind the building to pick it up. If i knew this i would of bought from somewhere else. Ill never shop here again. I hope they go out business soon.

I'm giving 5 stars cause I was waited on by Alina. Very professional and definitely knows her job. Very polite. But I felt sorry for her when a supervisor I think his name was Oscar wanted to scold her in front of me. DONT CORRECT AN EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. That's just wrong. I felt so sorry for her. Yes there was a couple of customers waiting but that wasn't her fault. That was a previous customer that held things up. So get off her case. So unprofessional by a supervisor.

Not a great experience at this store. I was having trouble finding exactly what I needed. No one asked if I needed help. I did see an employee asking a gentleman, who literally just walked into the store if he needed help. By this time I had been looking for at least 5 minutes. Eventually I called and asked my brother for help and left the store without what I came for.

I wish I knew about HF when I moved into my house. All I knew was HD. More for LESS good starter tools. I even purchased some extremely good cutting boards from HF years back. Always neat and orderly.

The team is great! I get all my tools/toolboxes here. Never a problem they cant solve!
