The Lake Worth team does a great job every time I go to their store. Ive had some items that were damaged when unboxing them at home, but they always offered to exchange it. Picked up matching US GENERAL 56" roll cab, 15" end cabinet, side locker and tool cart.

I have had some decent experiences here, but its a good thing they have a super easy return policy. This place is good for inexpensive power tools and clamps. However. Ive learned the hard way to stay away from their outdoor lighting, batteries, led lights, small electronics. Etc. The discount is not worth the headache and time it takes to do exchanges / returns.

My best friend and I went into the store looking for a few items. I bought a new wheel for my wheelbarrow and a few tools that were on sale that I needed. My best friend looked at floorjacks.

We went there looking to buy a workbench. Waited for help over 20 minutes and left. Went to try to buy this online for father's day, and was willing to pay the extra $150 for shipping, but it would not deliver 10-20 BUSINESS days. Is it shipping from China?!!!! Talked to the manager and asked if I could buy it today and pick it up on Friday when my son is home from college to help me unload. She said they cant do that. I asked if they could honor the coupon on Friday, and she said that it has been out too long. But again Father's Day is NEXT weekend. So I left without a workbench, and Im heading someplace else. Money doesnt talk here.
