So happy to have a Harbor Freight nearby. It’s a great alternative to the big box stores—well organized, reasonably priced, and easy to shop. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and items are easy to find and access. For anyone who has a lot of tools—many that are rarely used but still necessary—you really can’t go wrong here. I’ve never had an issue with any of my purchases, and the smaller store size helps me stay focused and not wander from my original mission. The more I shop here, the more I appreciate it.

Just love this place. They have great tools at amazing prices. Recommend becoming a member for an annual fee. You will get member discounts thru out the year. One discount could pay for your annual membership fee. Trust me you won't regret it.

I come to the store trying to exchange my part I purchased from here. None of my parts is showing on your account and I have a business run in Arlington location. I’m buying all the spot from here. The manager is very rude. Not even help me with that and I bring a lot of receipt. You cannot notify even I ask him I’m looking for Part even I don’t know where is that located most of them oh I don’t know most of them when they are working inside that location not tell me where is that part located I feel like very weird. I left from there and I had the part with me trying to get the store to the north need money because we’re using all these parts for Mechanic shop. I used to shopping from you and I’m not gonna come back here to buy anything because it’s not showing on your system. All the part I purchased from you. That’s very weird. I hope other people not to purchase anything from here because they’re not gonna exchange it then I’m gonna help you very well. Just trying to get the business for me. After this. You’re out from the business if you come back, most of them is not showing another system I don’t know how they’re running the business but Brandon manager or supervisor of his name couldn’t help me. Tell me call Customer Service, that’s not the point the point is all the receipt I bring him to show him to purchase all that item you not even help me with that so I no need to reduction anything trying to get exchange some of the part you guys give me Wrong. I’m not gonna come back here and I don’t recommend anyone buy anything because you’re not gonna be win. The worst store I have experienced now

This store great. They have pretty much whatever you need when it comes to fixing stuff and a lot more. You won't be disappointed

I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping at this Harbor Freight yesterday. All the employees were super helpful and answered any questions I had prior to my purchase. I have to give a huge shout out to Collin! I bought a big heavy 56" Tool chest and upon loading it into my truck it started to rain pretty hard. This did not deter Collin or his awesome attitude and he was able to load it up no problem. I cant recommend this store enough! 10/10
