Giving this HF location 1-star simply because of my interaction with Randy - one of the stores managers. How this guy is a manager is perplexing and beyond comprehension. He lacks politeness, soft people skills, strong communication skills, and apparently general customer service skills as well. I walked in looking for an item that showed to be available online but was not on the shelf. I looked for an available associate for a minute or so and eventually saw Randy walking by. The store was relatively quiet with low traffic. As Randy approached, I greeted him and asked him for some help locating the item while displaying it on my phone for his quick reference. Without much of a customer greeting or a single hello (or apparent willingness to help in general), he goes "nah brah, dont have that", while seemingly shuffling by and to the back stock area. No 'let me double check', no action, not even a hello - just a quick dismissal. Randy disregarded the entire customer interaction, was unwelcoming, and disrespectful. He could not even make eye contact and apologize that I came all the way out to the store with could be bad info from the main HF website. I was so dissatisfied with my whole interaction with Randy that I sought out another associate as to not leave the store completely disappointed. Here is the kicker - Thomas provided the complete opposite interaction. Not only did he pick up on my body language as needing help before I asked him, he was super friendly and cordial. Like before, I expressed interest in the item and he quickly jumped into action walking over to a terminal and checking real time stock. He shared that he had 5 on hand and said he would go check the back stock area. Surprise, surprise - THE ITEM WAS IN THE BACK AFTERALL!! Thomas brought up a few to the front of the store and quickly helped me get checked out with a cashier. When I asked that cashier if our awesome manager Randy was available to speak to, she shared he had just left for lunch. Ok - fine. I totally get it having worked retail in my life, I understand the need and desire to get to your lunch break. But if that was the case, Randy could have shared that and said - "Hi there, Im headed to lunch and Im not entirely sure if we have that item in stock. Let me get another associate to help you." Freaking smile, delegate and empower your people, and go to your lunch!!!! Otherwise, this store would easily be 5 - it is clean, organized, and well stocked. My interaction with Thomas and Kristin were great and everything I have come to expect with HF team members. Except for Randy . . . . And I will not be back to this location for that sole reason.

I always come in with my boyfriend. We are always greeted from the minute we walk through the door! Place is very clean and decently stocked. He loves the deals and discounts they have for members! Black Friday and holidays are always good here! We're satisfied

I bought the Daytona HD, 3 ton low profile, professional super duty hydraulic jack with the extended warranty and received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AND ONLY FROM FRANK, MADISON, and ROBERT! Would highly recommend this store, only THIS SHIFT!

Walk in the store today asking to use the restroom nicely since there a locking code and the guy with the edgar haircut in a glasses stated around the time 3:30-3:40pm that the restroom is being clean up when clearly i walk past by no one is in it. Bad customer service. Or more in fact next time dont even lock up the restroom. Other harbor freight dont do that i dont know why this place have to do that.

I was excited that this store moved here. Nice clean new store with a great selection of tools for do-it-yourself, lawn care, automotive care, and some camping supplies. They have a couple of Clearance sections in the back.
