Kind of aggravated, did we just have a sale on all the jacks, so that way the store would completely sell out?? Went to get a jack. Wanted a small 1.5 ton floor jack. Not a single one. Just the gigantic 3 tons for $300.

They need to learn the basic fact that sundays are for cashiers and not stocking. This location has gone down hill very badly, be prepared to spend 20/45 minutes in line to buy 1 item. The store is well stocked just need to improve their service

Worst experience in any harbor freight ever! Victoria “supervisor” and Kevin “store manager” had absolutely no customer service and made sure to create a very hostile shopping experience. Our trip was so bad we left all our merchandise behind and abruptly ended it. Corporate please feel free to reach out for more details.

Irene was great- deserves a raise- was very prompt and professional! Thanks Irene!! The organization as a whole? The company Harbor Freight doesnt care about their customers’ purchases. 1/11/26- I enter Harbor Freight to purchase a generator. None in stock of the style I need. I had to order one (and still pay for it, on the spot). After a hefty price tag, and waiting literally A MONTH, the generator still hasn’t even been shipped to the Englewood Harbor Freight. It’s a good thing this generator isn’t for, ya know, emergencies! I’m looking forward to hearing how upper management will handle this issue…
