Two young girls working the registers thought it was better to have personal conversations than help customers. Had to ask one to actually start checking me out because her back was turned talking to the other employee who did not care they had a line of customers. This place sucks and your young employees need to be promoted to customers

The go to place for any tools! This one is smaller compared to the others, I prefer to go to the one in Highlands ranch for huge collection. The Aurora store is good choice for a quick in-out shopping.

I visited this location about a month and a half ago to purchase a few items including a batter jump device so I didn't have to use jumpers. I entered the store and was immediately greeting by the fornt checkout person who said "Welcome In" I never will forget it. She smiled and I went on to find what I needed. Every staff member I passed spoke to me and were very professional and friendly. I got what I needed, but the customer experience I had with the staff really stuck with me and because of that I will return to have that experience again! Thank you Harbor Freight for giving your staff the support and leadership. Customer experiences like that don't normally come from just luck there is culture that I felt when i visited this location and it comes from management.

This is the second time I have came to this location and the female employee that has shorter curly hair and wears glasses has been extremely rude and disrespectful. I was approcahed by a customer who informed me that that gal was talking bad about me to a line full of customers this evening. I cannot think of a single reason why she would be acting this way. I have never once done anything to her for this kind of treatment. I was told she was insinuating that I am a thief which is very far from anything I have ever been in my life. When I attempted to return inside the store to ask to speak with a manager she started laughing at me before I ever Ben got all the way back inside. She tries to intimidate me and I think it’s just extremely unprofessional and I will see to it that she doesn’t have a job any longer.

Their inventory is never accurate and all of their employees have an attitude. This is the Harbor Freight that is closest to me and I am never going back there again. I've been here many times and I've given up. I literally had an employee point me out to another customer and tell them that people like me don't belong here. I get attitude every time I need help with something because inevitably it isn't out on the shelves so they have to check the back and of course it isn't there either. Even though online it says it is in stock. Also the lines are always ridiculously long. The store in Englewood is much better. Their inventory is accurate and the staff there are actually friendly and helpful.
