Used to love this place, but brought back a creeper that had one wheel collapse through broken plastic around where the caster wheel attatches and they wouldn't stand by it. Harbor Freight just lost a lifetime customer over a $39 creeper. Good riddance.

Emmanuel the supervisor is at this location doesn't deserve a star. He was very unprofessional and rude. The cashier Taylor that placed my toolbox order charged my card but didnt put my information in the system right. So i wouldve never got my order. I called to find out why and the supervisor at 6:12 p.m. on 12-10-2025 proceeded to be short with me and hateful. When You drop over 2000 bucks in a store and have nothing to show for it, don't give any supervisor the right to start with an attitude. I believe corporate needs to take a look at this store for new management. The supervisor guy thinks he can speak to woman like dogs so be aware guys when your women deal with this man. Because he spoke out of any form of respect and professionalism to my sister who tried handling the situation to help find out what they did wrong. She then asked for his name he refused to give it and hung up on her. We then made other phone calls and received his name. EMMANUEL needs to be fired for the worst customer service and speaking to women however he wants.

We’ve been coming to this location for a few years now, especially within the past year, and every employee has been very kind and helpful. The only employee that we have noticed is not helpful is the supervisor Kyle; his customer service skills aren’t great so it’s kind of surprising that he’s a supervisor.

Me and the guys were in a pinch looking for a 3/4 inch impact/battery combo for work Harbor Freight had one on shelf made by hercules, with four mode selector, bolt removal mode, and just what we needed - 3/4 inch Drive! We're going to give this bad boy a chance, and see how much quality we get for the price! Thx Harbor Freight
