So I decided to take a chance on the us general line of tool boxes and the boxes are great however the store off may where I bought the 54 inch box and top hutch and stand up locker two of the employees that helped me load the box in my truck were just terrible. The driving the fork lift pretty much had a melt down on me trying to load it in to the bed of my truck... so three weeks go by and im still waiting for the top hut h and the locker to show up... I was told when I bought them two to three weeks... well its been that and I just want what I've already paid for... and when I call the same lady just has well its not my problem attitude... I would shop elsewhere if I could do it again.. again the the tool box is awesome... I love e it.. the store employees are just trash... not all of them... shop somewhere else... would be my advice..

Love Harbor Freight. They have an awesome sale going on for Spring Black Friday and I got way too many new Icon wrenches, but can't beat the price.

Great prices for non name brand parts and tools. Service is horrible. This store is 5 minutes closer to me than any other location, however I prefer to go to the Yukon location. They have one single line, and don't pull people to the front of the line whem they feel like skipping certain people. The stock is inconsistent at this location as well, won't be back.

I came in a few minutes after they opened to make a return. The girl was rude and said that I was "going to make her have to empty her till" and I told her she could just put the return amount back on my card. The item was only $15.00. She also had to mention that I came to do a return right after they opened. Then her manager came over to help her and he was rude to me as well. Horrible experience, I will never come back. If you don't want someone to make a return, don't sell them garbage that doesn't work!

Harbor Frieght is a wonderful place, do you have a hobbyor project? It's probably got an option or tool here. Staff is always kind and helpful.
