Great experience at the store. I was just browsing some battery powered pole saws. Saw a "buy me" type ticket for a saw on clearance, at a fantastic price, but didn't see the actual saw. Took it up to register, and Abby checked on it. They were out of the particular saw, but she found one in North OKC, called and had it held for me. Picked it up over there with no issues.

It's a discount store for household/garage/do-it-yourself people. Sure some items are built cheap, but the price is to match. While I've had my fair share of underwhelming products here, surprisingly enough there are some really good products as well. The best way to shop here is to sign up for their coupons, membership and buy during big sales events. Budget friendly, website gives you locations for products, staff is friendly, easy in and out service.

called my local HF and was told, Us general had a one-year manufacture warranty for parts on toolboxes. called customer service and was told I was lied to, had this box for less than a year. power track cable is bent to crap and cannot straighten it. very disappointed with how customer service was acting.

They make you give a phone number for all returns. Please know this is a store policy, and not a corporate policy. Please visit their store in The Village for phenomenal customer service and stop giving this store.
