Walked in today with only a rough idea of what I needed and couldn’t even figure out what it was called. The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Joshua. He helped me track down exactly what I was looking for — a sawhorse table. Great service all around. This Harbor Freight is definitely my new go-to for tools, odds and ends, and project supplies.

purchased Bauer battery airless sprayer. I have used sprayers many times before. This one sprayed lumpy and textured, not smooth. I could not spray the cabinet I was planning on spraying. Returned it - and they charged 20% restocking fee! I said - you cannot restock this, it is used now, and a piece of junk. you do not have a customer satisfaction guarantee? Answer: NO will cut back any future purchases here and not renew my "membership". Shame they cannot stand behind their products like other tool makers.

Literally typing this out in the parking lot I had such a great experience. Been in dozens of HF stores over my life, but this one feels extra well clean and stocked. Staff was one of the friendliest and knowledgeable I’ve come across. Keep up the great work guys!

Amazing people with a great attitude! I came in close to closing time to pick up a larger item that was on special with a coupon, and they quickly got it from the backroom to the cashier. They even helped load it up to the back of the car without me asking. Thank you!

Got a great closeout deal on a battery pole saw. I had called ahead, and asked it to be held, as there was only 1 in stock. I got there, and Kaytra had it sitting at the register, waiting. Great employee, and a stress free transaction.
