I went in to the store yesterday between 12:30 and 13:00 to purchase a padlock. At the register, the cashier asked me for my phone number, and I declined to provide it. She let me know that without a phone number I wouldn't be able to return any items, that the receipt would be meaningless. I still declined to provide my phone number, and had half a mind to just say forget it and go somewhere else, but I was already there and confident I wouldn't need to return the item, so I completed the transaction. However, now that I know about that policy, I absolutely won't be back. Most of us are sick and tired of every damn thing we do being tracked and catalogued, and getting promotional emails and texts from every company we've ever bought so much as a pair of socks from.

They usually have great customer service and have offered their expertise in the tools they sell. The tools are sometimes lower quality than their counterparts but more often than not they have a good long life if taken care of properly. I bought a concrete saw that I’m getting ready to use. Looks like it should work well. It’s the Bauer 14” Diamond blade saw.

Love harbor freight and their prices are good. They don't gouge you and always have what I need at a great price

Used to be the best one now it's probably the worst. I used to go out of my way to go to this location now I go out of my way to another. Damn shame.

Was very nice and completely easy to find what I needed there the cashier was very nice and completely helpful
