Great store for a hobbiist. I buy my small tools here and things like zip ties and tarps. What i like is that there are usually a few levels of quality of each item to pick from when I need something. Cheap or better traps etc. Good prices and clean store. Carry out to car available.

Why do all good things have to come to an end? Harbor Freight had great deals when they first came to OKC but times have changed. The fire wrenches they have are on sale for the price on Amazon. Sandpaper at Harbor freight is the same price as Home Depot. Paint brushes are less than a dollar cheaper compared to Home Depot. And the lines at the top are always long.

Excellent customer service for an impatient customer. The tool box that I wanted was sold out. They offered to order me one, but I didn't want to wait. They checked with a few other local stores, found the color I wanted and even called to have one held for me to pickup.

Wide variety of products and plenty of staff on hand. They even cary torque wrenches. One stip shop for all my tool needs. Thanks Harbor Freight.

They are pretty consistent in inventory, however the customer service is appalling. Not only did we get short "nope"'s when asking questions but almost felt like we were getting an eye roll for a simple and polite question about inventory. We understand it was really close to closing (we checked out at 558 and they close at 6), but both the man with keys and the cashier were unbelievably rude... we'll try another location before coming back as both visits have been about the same in customer service... Hopefully the new location will be better Otherwise, as long as you dont have questions or ask them to repeat their questions because you missed a part of what they were asking. It's a great location
