It's the prices. The products aren't super high quality, but the prices are so cheap. If you need durability, then don't get it here. If you need 10 of them, just in case, this is your store!! Zip ties, batteries, hand tools, power tools, gun safes, tarps, moving blankets, work gloves, latex gloves, and more. I love this store!!

Shelves are always stocked and store is always organized. Employees are very helpful. Main complaint is management has only 1 or 2 people working the register and they are processing checkout and returns backing up the line.

I bought in mid October 2020 a Greenwood ( don’t be fooled by the packaging box It is Chinese),4 gallon backpack sprayer made in China for $29.99 only as a replacement for the one I borrowed from a neighbor that lasted only one day and a few hours long while spraying this awesome product Ultra remedy with a diesel gas mixture onto a 12.5 acre lot of thick mesquite growth. The failure in that brand new Greenwood was with the sprayer I borrowed, by the continuous pumping during a few rigorous hours of work and so it finally quit working. Only because of cheap Chinese internal pump mechanism parts used to manufacture this sprayer. The reservoir pump does not hold fluid well in a steady pressurized continuous flow like the US made sprayers do. Therefore you need to pump the Greenwood, all the time which is not good for this Chinese model. The second letdown was here after this product was purchased at this location, the new box contents, did not contain the sprayer hand wand or the sprayer hand wand hose or any sprayer nozzle tips were included. I used the former tips like the one in pictures on my truck outside in this case of not having any offered in this new in the box product purchased on 10/16/20. of All the box contained was the back pack four gallon fluid reservoir tank with a ill designed plastic cap lid and straps in place to use for your back. And there was one piece of incomplete plastic wand tube with two adjustable screw knobs. ( NO hose or handles either see pictures of completed product). I had to take off the spray wand and hose used on the broken one and adjust it on the new one to make it a complete product (seen in my pictures offered today). Another note of @n imperfect design is the large plastic filler seal cap is not quality designed for a seal tight fit nor is there any strainer to place inside the mouth first to catch dirt or foreign debris from being poured into the reservoir tank. So you can decide to roll the dice and decide on going cheap at this popular chain store like so many people are mislead and so you’ll get what you pay for. Or your better option is like mine and I decided best and visited Tractor Supply and purchased a NEW 4 Gallon back pack sprayer for &79.99. It lasted throughout the first week long job of spraying mesquite.

A cleaner Harbor Freight than some I’ve been to. The workers will treat you well as long as they’re not abused. Whenever something is on sale it’s properly marked on the shelf.
