This was actually my first trip to a Harbor Freight store and I felt like a kid in a candy store! Awesome tools. Great prices. Customer service was ridiculously helpful and friendly. Will def shop for tools here again. Nice and clean too.

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about going into Harbor Freight. I had always heard that it was sort of second rate and the customer service was not that good. I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised. There were several employees there on a Saturday during what I would consider off-peak hours. I was asked if I needed help at least twice. The selection there was larger than I would have thought and the store was very bright and very clean and very well organized. If it wasn't so far away, I would probably go more often; however, I will definitely think of this store first when I need something inexpensive and quick.

I had an outstanding experience at Harbor Freight, all thanks to Erick and the store management team. From the moment I walked in, they went above and beyond with top-tier customer service. I needed help replacing two ICON sockets under the lifetime warranty, and Erick made the entire process smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. No hassle, no runaround—just excellent service done right. It’s rare these days to find managers who truly stand behind the products and the customer, but Erick and his team absolutely do. This is exactly why I’ll continue shopping at Harbor Freight and recommending this location to others. Huge thanks to Erick and the managers for setting the bar high!

I recently went on a little treasure hunt at Harbor Freight Tools… and let me tell you, I was NOT expecting to fall in love with their lighting section 😄 First, the solar lights—WOW. These little things charge all day and glow beautifully at night, automatically turning on like they have their life together (unlike me sometimes 😂). No wiring, no stress—just stick them in the ground and boom… instant backyard glow-up. And the best part? They’re actually designed to store solar energy during the day and light up your space at night, which makes them super efficient and low-maintenance � Harbor Freight Then… the closet lights. I grabbed something like the 200 Lumen LED Superbright Flip Light and I’m still shook. For a few dollars, I got bright, clean light in my closet with ZERO installation drama. No electrician, no wires, no commitment issues. Just stick it, click it, and suddenly I can see all the clothes I forgot I owned. ✨ My honest verdict: Budget-friendly but doesn’t feel cheap Super easy setup (perfect if you don’t want complicated anything) Surprisingly bright and reliable Perfect for quick home upgrades without spending a fortune If you’re expecting luxury designer lighting… this isn’t that.
