Called to inquire about the free item which was a truckers hat. They ran out again which is ok. Sabrina who took my call was so professional and patient. Explained how these items run out fast and apologized for the inconvenience . We need more associates like Sabrina on WW White Rd

Looked around for an employee/salesperson on the floor (others were needing help as well) I heard music and people taking in the back stockroom, so I peeked in and asked if I could get some help. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and knowledgeable, and I was able to find exactly what I needed. The lady cashier was just as nice and friendly. Great job!
