What I like is that tools are affordable and you are not afraid of them getting lost, as might happen at a job site. However, my last purchase was a transfer pump. We had a 2-foot-deep hole, and I bought the wrong pump. I am trying to return it because it was not good at all. I filled out the online refund claim; let's see what happens. After I hit submit, I received an email confirmation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at Harbor Freight! I had an excellent experience at Harbor Freight thanks to two amazing team members—Toby and Cierra. Toby went above and beyond to help me select the right bolt cutters, patiently walking me through options even though I had never used them before. His knowledge and genuine willingness to help made the whole process easy and stress-free. At the front desk, Cierra surprised me with a free item, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch! She was warm, friendly, and welcoming, making checkout a truly pleasant experience. Both Toby and Cierra were incredibly helpful, smiling, and professional from start to finish. We enjoyed going to this harbor freight it’s located on Walzem Road. The services medium too good. 😊 I can always find less expensive items than shopping at the larger orange box store. I recommended for paint brushes because they are very inexpensive.

Husband and I were glad that we stopped by here. Were able to find some good quality clamps that weren't unreasonably priced. This store has so much to look at. They have a lifetime warranty on all their hand tools. The store is organized and kept up on. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have great prices on most of their items. Will definitely go again. Will stop here before Lowe's or Home Depot from now on. Would recommend to others.

Abby is extremely helpful. I came in ten minutes before closing and Abby made sure that I did not feel rushed during my visit. She offered extra help in tracking down the tools I was looking for and informed me of the current sales going on despite the fact the store was closing soon. This is my favorite location and always worth the drive 👍
